Yell.

YELL FOR JAPAN and, JAPAN TO THE WORLD.

Two days of Japanese music festival to commemorate and celebrate the final days of Tokyo's National Olympic Stadium before it gets demolished and rebuild for Tokyo Olympics 2020 (it was ready in 1963 or -4) - the day I got to firstly visit the stadium after the work begins with a proper press meeting, this is the account of the 2nd day of the trip and I made it to the stadium, where the Olympic flames were lit up among the huge attendees!

See what happened on the first day to catch up where I left off - including meeting the musician and producer Aiji after being Twitter friends what it looks like at the Shibuya scramble at 3AM - is it busy, or empty?

Bookmark this link as this gets into major details from morning to night of day 2. To enable the full experience read it bit by bit and play the music later!

YELL FOR JAPAN and, JAPAN TO THE WORLD.

Two days of Japanese music festival to commemorate and celebrate the final days of Tokyo's National Olympic Stadium before it gets demolished and rebuild for Tokyo Olympics 2020 (it was ready in 1963 or -4).

The invitation came along with us (my editor and I of Animonstar Magazine in Indonesia) being smacked for 3 days in the heart of Tokyo. So much things to do, what can I really do? Too overwhelming to have been given an amazing direct return flights, a lucky room that's abuzz in Time Out Japan edition that it's only for hotel residents with room numbers -01 at the end to get the full panoramic view of Tokyo through Shibuya. If you've seen it on my Instagram, that very Shibuya scramble basically justifies the amazement upon my check-in:

This was possible because of the swift response and mailing of visa requirement letters, and who knew it was from Den-effing-tsu behind the JAPANNIGHT project - which without doubt, we'll only receive the best from the rest in terms of service. It was my dream/one of those places I wished to intern!

Being really glum on that particular Monday, and post-travel that left me in such disappointing mood (I was extremely in the down side of everything, which I'm telling you after the break), I finally am able to literally scream and yell out that it was a great trip - I can now focus on the happiest and laughable things I did within the 3 nights I was there.

Here's the lowdown on the first day...

Unleashed!

Unleashing the side we are not fearful of to show to the world...

I proudly present *with that dramatic drum roll* the professors in the making of the unofficial SOAS: Not School of Oriental and African Studies but, School of Otaku and Anime Studies!

Left to right: Anthea-sama, Jeanne, me, Eran, and Kash

Yeah, this is school stuff we're doing ^

A-List.

Please allow me to just reflect the two-week-business-trip to Singapore whirlwind  in this post. Amazing, crazy, hectic, back-to-back, 'nonstop', and the list goes on, really. I've gotten a truckload of things from physical goodies, sponsor bags, and FILES AND FILES OF NOTES from various events and business conferences I attended.
Hwang Jae Kun, Kathleen Kye, Jo In Sung, David Choi, Dominic Lau, Victoria Hesketh, Hikakin, Ryan Higa, Chester See, Wesley Chan, Jay Park, Joseph Vincent, Boyce Avenue,  Eastern Sidekick, SPICA, Carly Rae Jepsen, AOA, Jeon Jeduk, Park Juwon, Jessica Alba, Jeremy Piven, PSY, Weaver, SID, CeeLo, BLUSH, flumpool, George Takei, Aerosmith, Hussein Chalayan, Carolina Herrera

More than I can meet in a million years' time, I did it in two weeks.

one thing i regretted: FORGOTTEN TO DO THE CLASSIC HOME ALONE FACE WITH HIGA!

The two weeks was filled with master classes and talks on how to embrace and rule the social media world, the internet platform, and where it's going. After horrendous non-stop live tweeting of my life I am abstaining for a couple of weeks (sadly I'd still have to be active on Tweets are still on for article tweeting and my deadline for all of this!) to rest my eyes.

This is what everyone wants to do to me on Facebook after picture uploading...
Put me in your suitcase or I'll poke your eyeballs.

Tinker.

Created for TIALM. Isn't it eye-pleasing and minimalistic?
I'm alive, and when I'm alive, this is the only time I get to blog because demands from here, here, and here is taking a full toll on me. I only can be blessed with so many activities, new friends, new experiences back in my motherland and still stay close to home.

Matter of fact I cannot wait to get out next year as well and be productive again with my brain and hands. 1 year should be enough as a break, aye?

The only thing I cannot stand will be eating fish and chips daily beacuse there's no legit veggies or fruits and no one's going to cut it for me and no one's going to clean up my messy room thanks to deadlines for postgrad... next year... anyone in the city I'll be moving in mid 2013, holla~

And that's the end of me being very sensible and being a minimalist. Hello, too much reading from manga, I'm still me!

So LOOK AT ME! SURPRISE! (James said that, if you do follow Line) Wishing anyone who's reading the very, very exciting best in 2013 for we have been given an amazing new chance to continue on to live our dreams. I can open my eyes, to type, to breathe, hear my heart beat, hear my friend's little embryo heart beat, see my dad going gaga over football, and eating my mom's everyday super delicious cooking I have to savour them everyday.

I met awesome new people as I moved back, successfully pulled off events this year, graduated, saw more stars except my shining boys, and onwards with my project, This Is A Lokal Movement.

I became 20.

What did you wish for, and what are you thankful for this year?

Ico(Neo)nic.

Iconic is the word. Neonic is another. You should know how things happen to be when you're working in a fashion company, you'd deal daily with the clothes you retail for.
The situation is fairly different if the brands or the shop you work for is what you like most.
That happens to me, especially dealing with noneother than KTZ.
It's a /die situation. It's the same for Fads who we love KTZ so much. And he did two on us, another one with a dark concept, using Kim's Bodybound.

Well, it's what make the cycle going, where I work, I get my salary but it all goes back to my workplace in return of some awesome shit wearable goods. Don't my colleagues love me so.

This was stills and candids from Fad's shoot, a few below for us at BOB featuring Pre-AW2011 KTZ things! Then I had my own fine share of wearing my own thing from the same colleciton.

8 models for the whole day did it going all symbolic for the make-up and just do serious jumping workout before proceeding the video making for the movie.

Movie? Well you'd gotta go to LASALLE SHOW '11 yasselves, that's a sneak peek for you.

Candid shots are from Raudha's (Hair) album~ Must be taken by Randolph. It's up on and for taken at Runway Addict.

I am trying out my new yellow neon vest from KTZ with hand-tied tassles (last image) as the bordering decoration.
GAWD, I AM GAWKING HOW I LOVE THE ATTITUDE THIS VEST POSSESS.
Worn with black MU chiffon-draped dress (I purposely increased the Highlight Shadow hyperbolically to see the creases and details of the super effortless dress of mine here), and loving my blue painted nails.
Here's what he said: " Why Zara will not replicate our items is that we add our own add-on hand decorations that no other high street will even start copying - it takes a lot of effort and more capital for production. You see Prada, it's only a print and color so you see it everywhere like you said. For us, like these hand tassles you find in this vest, is all tied by hand. They don't have the power to do that so they leave us be. But we do that. We give each and every clothing some touch from us to keep it real for our buyers and people who loves us for what we do."

Well said indeed. Go independent brands, go Kokon ToZai!
I even see you guys in a brighter light than where I am looking blindly now.

Story gone short, I wore this one day to MFW Asia 2011, where DRESSCAMP
was for in a show. Met N. all dolled up so nicely I feel like a nude kid in yellow.

Err yeah! Apparently got tumblr'd somehow! And my grrl Jo puts in full details on what (she thinks) N.th wore. Haha!
